Kiondo baskets are handwoven in Kenya from local, partly recycled materials that make them extremely durable and easy to keep clean. Besides being environmentally sustainable, all production follows the principles of Fair Trade.

Because of our long-standing relationship with UPS FedEx DHL as well as other top global carriers, we are able offer a variety shipping options. Our warehouse staff are educated to pack your items precisely according to the specifications we offer. Your items will go through an exhaustive examination before they will be properly packaged prior to being shipped. Each day, we ship to thousands of customers across multiple countries. Returns
Due to multiple entities, including the factory and the warehouse, we are unable to effectively manage inventory. The levels of stock can change at any moment. Be aware that your order is out of stock once the order has been placed.
Our policy is valid for 30 days. We will not return or exchange your purchase after 30 days since the purchase.
